Most of you are probably already familiar with the amazing interviews brought to you by BlogcastFM, a podcast by bloggers for bloggers. They have interviewed a number of successful bloggers including Dave Navarro, Leo Babauta, Luciano Passuello, Johnny B Truant, and many, many more (all of which can be found in the archives).
Who is Behind BlogcastFM?
BlogcastFM is run by Srinivas Rao and Sid Savara, two incredible bloggers I had the pleasure of meeting at Blog World. I have been reading Sid’s insights on personal development for almost a year now, and Srinivas, who also runs his own blog on Skool of Life, has been a guest blogger twice on Kikolani.
BlogcastFM Premium

If you’ve listened to the wealth of free interviews on BlogcastFM and found yourself thinking that you want to take your blogging to the next level, but are not sure how to get there, then the BlogcastFM Premium is for you.
Inside this membership, you will get not only the expert interviews, but also mind maps and action worksheets to accompany them so you can apply what you have learned to your own blogging strategy. You also get access to the “green room” forum where you can discuss your progress with other members.
Current Interviews Available
Currently available as of today are interviews with Yaro Starak, Brett Mckay, Ramit Sethi, Adam Baker, Scott Stratten, Dave Navarro, and Michael Martine. Going forward, 12 new interviews (averaging 3 per week) with the accompanying mindmaps and action worksheets will be added each month.

Each expert covers a wide range of topics for those who need help getting started, generating traffic, creating content, and monetizing their blog (you can see a detailed list of topics covered on the sales page).
Get the Freebies: Sample Interview & Webinar
If you’re curious about what you will be getting, check out the free sample which is the full interview, mindmap, and worksheet for Ramit Sethi where he covers finding your voice, connecting with the right people, guest post strategies, freelancing, and products for monetization.
Also, Srinivas will be hosting a free webinar on Thursday, November 18th at 7AM PST and an encore at 6PM PST covering how he grew a blog to 20,242 pageviews in the first 60 days, brand awareness, leveraging social media, and the difference between quality vs. quantity user engagement.
Why Join Today?
Once you’ve decided this membership is right for you, be sure to get in early at the low rate of $27.95 per month, which is less than $3 per interview per month, plus free access to the green room members forum and an additional three free webinars on how to outsource, blog like an A-lister, and turn your passion into a business. After 9PM PST on November 19th, that rate jumps to $49.95 per month and you will have to pay for member forum access separately.
Trust me on this one, you won’t regret it. I know from experience – joined the Third Tribe before I was fully sure it was the right place for me because of the introductory monthly rate. Not only did I end up loving the site, but I save $240 a year over what new members are getting in at now (which is still a great deal).
So even if you’re only quasi-sure you want to join, now is the time so you can have a lifetime of savings! You have 60 days to check it out, and if you’re not satisfied, you get a full refund. So join today, check out all the great content that is available, and meet other members in the green room. Learn something new today and start getting your blog to the next level!
My Action Plan
So how am I going to use this course? My goal is to transfer the interviews to my iPod and listen to them during my commute to and from work, then work on the action items on the worksheets over the weekend.

Hi Kristi,
I sometimes sit with a blank screen, wondering how I am going to find anything to write about, and I am open to any suggestions on how to get from there to a quality post. Coincidentally, I just read a mini course by Gideon and Yaro that mentioned mind mapping, the brain dump, and the talk it over method. I think if readers signed up for a min course by writing to gideon at becomeablogger.com, they could get a lot of help creating content. Thanks for reinforcing those great idea!

Thanks Lou – I have heard they have a great course…. just haven’t checked it out yet!
Well, incredible bloggers attracted me and I do guess all the topics were very interesting. I would love to listen to all the interviews, joining the premium broadcast seems helpful for people who want to know more. I will keep following for sure. Thank You!
You’re welcome. I hope you enjoy the freebie interview & accompanying documents!
I had actually received an email from a friend telling me about Blogcast FM but didn’t look too much into it. However, after taking a look at your brief review of what to expect out of this service I think I might get in before they raise the price on November 18 and try it out for a month. I like the line up of speakers they have each month.

Definitely a great idea! With the 60 day money back guarantee, it’s definitely worth jumping in while the rates are low and then deciding if it works for you, as opposed to deciding down the road and then paying an extra $200+ a year on the membership.
Hi Kristi,
I’ve had the pleasure to meet them at Twitter yesterday via your recommendation to me. Thanks!
I’ve checked their podcast-site before and really sounds very interesting.
I’m checking the freebies for deeper information.
Cheers,
Gera

I think everyone, whether they decide to join or not, should check out the freebie. Great information there!
Hey Kristi,
I’ve not heard of BlogcastFM, so I’ll be sure to check out the freebie. The free webinar sounds like it will be packed with great information as well.
Thanks for posting this!

Ironically, Srini or Sid asked me many months ago to do an interview with them for BlogcastFM, but I declined because of my freakish paranoia about how my voice sounds on recordings. After talking to them both at Blog World, I plan on giving it a go after all. Their archives are full of awesome interviews as well by lots of names I’m sure you’ve heard of! I hope you enjoy the content!
LOL That’s the way I feel about video. I’m sure your voice will sound fine!
Good luck with your interviews and thanks again for pointing me to BlogcastFM!
I have social phobia and I hate how my voice sounds – I’m really uncomfortable using phones. I recently did an interview with Srini and it turned out fine. He let me have time to calm down and didn’t tell me off for speaking too fast.
It was awesome as I got a lot of positive feedback. I almost wish I had done it earlier as they approached me months ago and I just kept recommending people to them so I could get out of it

Sounds like we’re peas in the pod. I was really surprised I survived Blog World, being the introvert that I am. Thanks for the words of encouragement though! One thing I will give Srini is that, after talking to him in person, I felt a lot better about the idea of doing the interview! Thanks for stopping by!
Hey Kristi, let me know when you do that interview, that’s one I won’t miss. I would love to hear the sound of your voice.

Smart thinking Kristi, keep me in suspense so that I have to keep coming back to see when you do that special post

Kristi: Thank you so much for your kind words and such a detailed review of the service. Looking forward to having you on the podcast as a guest soon.
For the rest of you, I just want to say please feel free to each out to me, Sid Savara or Mike if you have any questions at all about the service, about BlogcastFM or what we’re up to. This week’s webinar is the beginning of a weekly u-stream chat that we’ll be hosting in order to help people out and also get to know our audience a bit better. I hope you’ll join. You can hit me on twitter @skooloflife.

You’re welcome – you’ve created some awesome content that I’m happy to tell the world about. And I’m looking forward to being a guest soon!
Hey Kristi,
I love your action plan. I’ve added some of the interviews to my iPad and aim to listen to them as I drive and also on in the evenings while my wife is out studying.
Love the way you’ve structured this post too – very easy to read and sets everything out wonderfully. Thanks!

Thanks Laneth! Having the iPod connector in my car has turned my mindless music blasting commute into an educational and inspirational time of day, twice a day. And you’re the second person to mention iPad… I had just gotten over my fascination over getting one, and now I’m feeling the urge again.
Well, think carefully. It really depends upon what you’d really use it for. (And the iPod connector may not work with the iPad either!)
I personally save the PDFs from the interviews into iBooks so I’ve got them for good and I’ve just discovered an app for the Mind Maps which makes reading them (and editing them) so easy!
I live through my iPad, with my emails and calendars synced there and on my iPhone and laptop, etc. But, it’s not for everyone
That’s my thing – I can’t see myself using the iPad except when I’m away from home. If I have my laptop or desktop, I’m more likely to use those. I’d still be happy to win one someday though.
There was also a time when I was hesitant but I still subscribed to something, it was related to what I was doing and I never regretted it. And I think this is really safe since it is refundable, and 60 days is a pretty long time. So there’s really no harm in trying it.
Exactly my point! Best to spend the lower amount today with the ability to refund it later than wait and have to spend the higher amount down the road.
Kristi,
These guys do a fantastic job – and I have listened to just a few of these interviews but every single one is beyond engaging … ! Transferring to iPod and listening in the car is a great way to consume them all, thanks for the suggestion and for promoting the best interviewers out there….!!!

Transferring everything to iPod has allowed me to listen to a lot more content (especially these interviews). I’m looking forward to really loading it up for a roadtrip I’ll be making next month – should keep me very entertained and educated! Also, great job in your interview on BlogcastFM today!
I agree with others here: If you think Blogcast FM Premium could help you, join. If you find it’s not for you, cancel and get a refund.
Like Kristi, I joined Third Tribe Marketing at the $27 rate when it first opened. I’m very, very glad I did.

Hi Kristi.
Great review of the Blogcastfm service.
I’ve been listening to these interviews for quite some time now and knew the Premium Service would be even better. It’s quite a bargain when you consider all the great content that’s available.
See you inside.
I heard so many good things about blogcastfm. Good interviews and really precise action guides and worksheets. I will try to hop in as well.
