Here is some related news in the world of Kikolani.

Facebook Usernames
I have to admit, I was one of those people who had the countdown running on when it would be time to get my custom URL via Facebook Usernames. While I was able to secure my personal Facebook profile, I was not able to get my Facebook page for Kikolani because I had less than 1,000 fans as of May 31st.

A New Logo
I am happy to announce that thanks to Tamal of Design.Lifesoon, I finally have a logo! I have tried various free logo design in exchange for links companies, and none of them quite got what I was looking for. He really listened, and was happy to send me a bunch of different options so I could pick the right one. Be sure to check out Design.Lifesoon for affordable, professional website designs and more.

Loved the whole list :) The logo is very nice/cool.
It’s also exciting to watch a blogger expand their reach and talent without having to resort to cheesy methods. It reinforces the premise I have always had that the best way to help yourself is to help someone else.
    See you at the TOP
Thanks so much and have an awesome weekend Kristi/everyone

Another great fetching Friday. The new look is awesome. Makes me think of a nice sunny day with the wind blowing just right. People are going crazy about the nofollow ordeal. Thinks for the backlink. Also an update, I made a new twitter account to be more brand able. its @deneilmerritt

    Keep up the great work.

Kristi, your new layout looks amazing. I surfed over today for my dose of kikolani.com and was presently struck by the vibrancy of the look!!! The colors are very well matched, the logo looks amazing (kudos to your designer!) and everything looks really great! This is a perfect example of how a layout can look amazing even with the simplest elements. I’m retweeting your fetching friday post! :)

A lot of articles there that grab my attention so it looks like I’ll be starting the week with a long reading list, I may have to stop reading the fetching friday posts at this rate so I can catch up!

I see NextGen Gallery gets a mention, it’s a very powerful and versatile plugin, I’d recommend it highly to anyone looking for something more advanced than the image handling built in to WordPress.

I noticed that catchy logo straight away. Very striking and matches the hidden background of your template.
