Since I’m at Blog World this week, I put together the roundup Wednesday before I left. I probably will miss some great posts from the rest of the week, but I’ll throw them in next Friday!

Photo of the Week

This week’s top photo came from a beautiful weekend in Sedona, Arizona. The fall colors were absolutely lovely, and while I took a lot of shots of all the leaves in the trees, I found the ones closer to the ground even more beautiful.

A Lot of Gear

This week, while I’m at Blog World, my husband is out in the elements in Southern Utah. He just started up his own YouTube channel with his first video covering the photo and camping gear he’s taking. The guest star in the beginning is our cat Zoe. :)

Hi Kristi

Very nice links to check out, but I have read some, some I bookmarked for later read.

My favorite is the one on blogging/writing section from problogger.net archive. The post somehow reminds me of myself and the distractions before actually taking actions.

Thank you for spreading those helpful links for your reader

Kimi.

Kristi, thanks for including my post on the importance of accountability partners for writers.

And as avid hiker and a lover of southern Utah, I really enjoyed Jason’s vid. I hope he stays warm out there…

You’re welcome John! He’s having a problem with the staying warm part – I think he’s about to get snow. But he’s aptly prepared for anything! :)

Great links Kristi. I read the one about opting out of Klout with a lot of interest. I’ll admit that I’ve never really followed my Klout score that closely but the backlash lately about recent changes has been really interesting to watch (and read about).

There are other roundups out there too.. some people think that you should always be creating new content and not just curating content from others. I think that the curation gives your audience a more rounded view of all things online (or in this case, online marketing) and that makes it just as valuable. :)
