Vote for Your Favorite Social Media Blog

Top Social Media Blog

It’s that time again. Social Media Examiner is asking for nominations of your favorite social media blog for their second annual top 10 list.

I had no idea about it until after I was nominated last year, and was psyched to make it in the top 10 social media blogs of 2010 list.

So be sure to stop by and nominate your favorite social media blog before January 5th. Your favorite blogger will be much appreciative! :)

#SaveDelicious

If you’ve been following me for awhile, you’ll know that I’m a huge fan of Delicious. There are so many ways to use it, including for WordPress integration, for integration with your Feedburner feeds, and even for link building.

So needless to say, hearing that Yahoo has put Delicious on their “sunset” list (along with MyBlogLog, another favorite of bloggers) is really making me sad. I don’t want alternatives. I want my Delicious!

If you want to help campaign for Delicious, be sure to tweet reasons why you love Delicious @Yahoo and @YahooNews with the #SaveDelicious hashtag! Not sure what to say? Just click on the tweet below!

Please #SaveDelicious @Yahoo @YahooNews – it’s a valuable tool for many and will surely be missed! http://act.ly/2ul

UPDATE: New news is circulating that Delicious may survive after all! Highly relieving news for Delicious fans everywhere! Read more on the official Delicious blog.

Some Christmas Spirit

I don’t think there are many other things more adorable (besides baby animals) than the Forever Friends bears. Enjoy this adorable video to boost your holiday spirit for next week!

As always thanks it is an honor to be featured here in your blog Kristi. Thank you very much. These weeks wrap up is just like the other ones, giving me plenty to do over the weekend where I normally take more time to blog hop. Quite curious actually to see what new tools SEOmoz has under its sleeves. Will check that one now :)

I dunno if I’ve asked this before, but am dying to know…..everything from the video on down is exactly the same every week. Are you using a special template or macro or something?

I’m assuming you don’t type it all in exactly the same way each week…

(I wonder if I just dated myself with the word “macro”) lol

Kristi – Great fetching Fridays as usual. I always learn something new from your resource mashups. I think this is your first time adding a photography category if I’m not mistaken, pretty nice. If you added a website design category that would be great, as I’m constantly searching for designs and techniques to design my sites. Thanks for the list.
