I adore this post so much that it sparked a bunch of ideas for me - ideas unrelated to the content too. Wild eh!

I need to spend way more time here!

Just wanted to thank you for that "blog comments are not roadkill" article - it was very well-reasoned and has been bookmarked. There's a few bloggers I've known who've shut off comments, and wondered why I found that outright insulting to me. Granted, the few I've known who've done this aren't the most adept socially, but given the fact there's a line of argument saying that shutting down comments is reasonable, well I'll just say it helps to have an article around that turns that argument into mulch.

Another great roundup! I find myself checking out these roundups and I tell myself I'll only spend a few minutes looking, and then an hour later I realize I still have half of the page to go through, haha. Thank you!

Another great resources mashup! I was intrigued with 10 reasons to delete your facebook account, the reasons make sense but I will not delete my fb account just yet. I again enjoyed your photography/digital art mashup.

It is amazing how prevalent plagiarism is. I was checking one of my clients work the other day and found he had added a huge article to his site. So, I of course checked to see if it had gotten indexed yet. Of course, I found someone almost immediately that had scraped him, but after a little more poking around, I found that it wasn't even original in the first place. We are going to have to have a sit down and discuss duplicate content and plagiarism next week...
