The Resources Mashup

Here are some of the best articles I have seen on Google+, retweeted on @kikolani, and read in RSS subscriptions this week.

  • How Twitter’s Bad SEO Affects your Brand Reputation Management – I’ll start with a simple question: have you ever thought that linking to your Twitter profile can be very difficult? Probably your answer is “not really!”, and in this case maybe you could find what I’m going to show you useful.
  • On-site SEO Factors for 2012 According to 17 Industry Experts – I’ve tapped some answers from top SEO experts/practitioners/industry leaders regarding the 3 most important on-page factors right now, in 2012.
  • Three Free Keyword Research Tools – These tools are not a substitute for detailed keyword research like I talked about in my first series of articles. Rather, they may help to either identify those keywords that are most important to your competitors, or help find obscure opportunities where there may be little search volume, but there is also little competition.
  • 131 (Legitimate) Link Building Strategies – What follows is a list and discussion of 131 (legitimate) link building tactics, some of which worked just as well 10 years ago as they do today.
  • Google Panda Update Up Close [Infographic] – In this infoographic, we visually explore the timeline of the Google Panda update. Take a look and learn what the update was designed to do.

I’m ready to start my day with “Personal Development and Productivity” a good coffee and the Midnight Iceland Sun! Lovin’ it!

Thanks Kristi for putting all the material together.
    Have a Happy Fetching Friday!

    Hi Kristi,

The info-graphic of Google’s Penguin and Panda update listed in the last link below the SEO section I’ve found very useful and informative – as a good info-graphic should be. With the recent updates and the updates still being made to the Panda and Penguin (amongst other) algorithm updates it is very important to understand the repercussions and the updates itself will have and or had on your website.

Hey Kristi, I don’t know how you keep pushing these mashups out, and with so many links too, but you do. You are a bloody legend mate! Hope you don’t mind that bit of Aussie colloquialism Kristy. ;)

As usual I only choose one link to follow and this time it’s going to be the one about speeding up your blog, to see if I can learn anything new.

    Ms. Kristi,

This article is a run up to helping the readers and visitors to have a look at what they read in a week’s time. A great way to summarize. You are helping all by saving their time in recollecting what they must have read.

Thanks a lot for this idea,
