Photo of the Week

One thing I didn’t expect to find while out hiking in Sedona was a little bit of urbex heaven. Yet, here I was, standing inside this little rundown building, looking at two perfectly aligned doorways.

  9. Dear Kristi,

I love blogging, but I have not promoted my blog well enough yet. Recently I have become very interested in the concept of “curation.” I think it is the new journalism. Your fetching-friday-resources is the best example I have seen yet of curation. Thanks for the model, and also for the excellent content youhave aggregated for our convenience. I subscribed with the email address I check most often and seldom use for subscribing to lists. That is a compliment to your value.

  13. Hi Kristi!

Great mashup as always! And love the fact that you’re including your wonderful photography in your mashups now! It’s been a while since I’ve last visited your resources. I’m really glad to have stumbled upon “How Should You Handle Expired Content”. I’ve a lot of those in my earlier blogs.

Kudos to you! Oh btw I think over optimization penalty should be included in the SEO part. It’s BIG, BIG news in a lot of SEO companies. (Liked to mine in my Commentluv – wink*)

  20. Kristi,

This is an excellent list. It looks like you found some of the same blog posts I found. A couple I found very helpful were: 1. “A Systematic Approach to Writing Successful Blog Posts” – I would say the dream of any successful blogger is to have a blog that attracts thousands if not millions of visitors. This article is a must read for those bloggers who dream big. 2. “How Freelancers and Other Writers Can Use Pinterest” – Pinterest is becoming the fastest growing social networking site, and every serious blogger needs to be on it. I like Pinterest because it’s easy to use. Simply upload a photo and then link it back to a blog post.
