Photo of the Week

This week’s top photo comes from an abandoned building in Queen Creek, Arizona. My favorite two things to photograph are wildlife and urbex, and I simply have not had enough of the latter in my photo activities recently.

Petting an Owl

My two favorite winged creatures are hummingbirds and owls. I’d definitely like to get this up close and personal with the latter!

I found the “Duplicate Content in a Post-Panda World” via SEOmoz rather educational as well as intriguing.
It actually took me about 35 minutes to fully read, and re-read again some bit to understand it!
At least now I know how to find duplicate content within my site.

    Also..
“Contrary to what some people believe, cross-domain duplicates can be a problem even for legitimate, syndicated content.”
So it’s like one could write “content king” thinking it’s unique and it can be picked up as duplicate.

Hi Kristi, some really great content. I was quite interested in the blog from problogger in relation to the laws that bloggers need to abide by to avoid getting sued. I was quite surprised to read that deep linking into a site can potentially get you into legal strife.
