    The article on how to sell without selling is a great read. There is a great TED conference video on this subject actually, talking about Apple’s marketing strategy, which uses this approach. Talk about a situation, a problem, a potential idea for what someone can do, THEN give them a method for doing it. It’s a brilliant strategy, really creates a feeling of need. If you only read one thing off this liest, I say read that one!
