I know sometimes, after a weekend of not checking your emails, i find my inbox flooded with unrelated emails from people on my 'friends' list about saving some local cafe or sign this petition and we will topple the government. It's so easy to get overwhelmed on any of these sites and go with the flow by adding/accepting posts/friends/pages.
