That looks like an ancient turtle. Like he’s atleast 80 years old. I remember stopping the car one night at around 1 am in the morning just to look at this small turtle. I was surprised to see the turtle in that part of town and I so wanted to take him home.

@Roshan: We were surprised to find this one as well. There was water nearby, so we figured it would be ok.
