Thanks for another great Fecthing Friday. I found five articles I was extremely interested in, regarding to SEO, Twitter and productivity.

Also nice find with the video 🙂 I never was a big Star Trek watcher (a bit before my time), though.

Well, as much as I wish, I only have 24 hours available a day so I can’t set aside enough time to read all the articles linked to from here 🙂

But the five that I selected was:

– Will linking to banned sites hurt you? Interesting survey results.

– 6 ways to ensure better rankings in Google Instant results – how to use keywords, local search marketing, and social media marketing to rank well in the new results.

– 10 tips for driving Twitter traffic to your blog – covers use of effective headlines, who to follow, influence, and more.

– and the Lifehacker 10 tips for better productivty, which now seems to have been removed (link didn’t work).

I already forgot the 5th one 🙁

Perfect timing this week on the Fetching Friday, I needed that Ari Writer post about Press Releases. Not sure if you know but I have been working on another new business concept which is very close to opening here in Florida. Press releases have been common discussion here the last few days.

Kristi, thanks for the informative links. I haven’t thought about link compilation posts in my reading of blogs until now, but I realize that you and a few others help me to find some useful information and sites very efficiently. An intelligent and directed search engine of sorts that helps to expand my knowledge as well as my reading range. It adds to my perception of credibility in the author.

I loved the Twitter links this time! The article – are we missing the beauty around us – was fascinating. Thanks, Kristi. This is the most useful weekly resources I ever seen on the internet.

Hey Kristi, great stuff as always. It’s funny, I tried to write this style of post–not on the same niche, it actually takes quite a long time. Finding, providing some info, and linking to good resources is more time consuming than I imagined. I appreciate all of your hard work on the Friday mashup!

Kristi, kudos for finding the Star Trek clip. I watched the show in reruns in the early 1970s in the late afternoon after school on the only station we could get in our rural corner of northern California.

Thanks for mentioning SERPd. And also I am a massive Star Trek fan too. I didn’t have a father growing up and sadly was raised on Star Trek reruns. I idolized Kirk as my father figure and and proud to say I still hold many of the morals and themes that the show tried to teach about honor and friendship to this day.

It may be corny but Star Trek holds a special place in my heart.

Once again Kristi you’ve out done yourself! Another awesome Friday resources, I especially like the link building section this week as there are some really worthwhile articles in there! I also like the Personal Development section this week! I am not even sure what to think of that Startrek remix.. though whoever made it sure has talent, I’ll give em that.

Thanks for linking to one of my posts. And as always, another great resources mashup! I actually checked out the survey or poll on Will linking to banned sites hurt you? Well, I guess the majority votes will count and as for me, it can hurt you and your credibility too.

I just love how you work your magic with your Fetching Friday posts. I simply scroll down to the sections I’m interested and get new tips every week. Awesome. ;-). I’ll possibly be using your style in my weekly blog posts of the week roundup 😉
